Earlier in his career, he played a key role in City National Bank’s East Coast expansion, helping launch and grow its commercial banking platform in New York City.

He holds a Master of Business from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, equipping him with a strong foundation in both strategic leadership and business operations.

Known as a hands-on leader and culture carrier, he prioritizes accountability, collaboration, and long-term partnership. Whether guiding geographically dispersed teams or helping clients navigate growth and change, he brings a steady, strategic approach to leadership. In addition to his professional responsibilities, he serves on the boards of the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation and the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council, extending his impact into the broader business and community landscape.
